Chinese shareholder——SDIC TAIKANG Trust Co., Ltd. was established with the approval of the people's bank of China and the China banking regulatory commission regulatory non-bank financial institution with registered capital of  RMB 2.6705 billion. Currently, the shareholders of SDIC TAIKANG Trust Co., Ltd are SDIC Capital Holdings Co., Ltd; Taikang Insurance Group; Yueda Capital Co., LTD and Taikang Asset Management Co., LTD.

Foreign shareholder——UBS AG (49%), headquartered in Zurich and Basel, draws on its 150-year heritage to serve private and corporate clients all over the world. The business strategy is centred on its pre-eminent global wealth management businesses and its universal bank in Switzerland. Together with a client-focused Investment Bank and a strong, well-diversified Global Asset Management business. UBS Global Asset Management provides a diverse range of traditional, alternative, real estate, infrastructure and private equity investment solutions to private clients, financial intermediaries and institutional investors around the world.

Subsidiary——UBS SDIC Capital Management Co., Ltd was established with the approval of China securities regulatory commission on 29 July 2013. The main business is particular asset management for customers. According to the China securities regulatory commission (CSRC), the approved investments include cash, bank deposits, stocks, bonds, securities investment funds, central bank bills, non-financial corporate debt, asset-backed securities, commodity futures and other financial derivatives; Also include the stock not through exchange of the transfer of equity, creditor's rights or other property rights and other assets approved by the China securities regulatory commission.
